Not really a bug, but a typo.  When attempting to use a Zaxtron Trikorder (built in to a base) while there's a storm overhead, the game responds with:

"You rotate the dials on the scanner, but it can't penetrate through
through the storm's electric particles."

Not sure if the typo exists when using a TriKorder or Arial Scan while out in a storm, but I'm assuming it does.
