Lag in OOII vrs going bald by hair being pulled out

I do belive Bald is winning.  I see more and more folks these days with the bald look. I wonder how well its going to look on this dwarf if I keep trying to play OOII against this lag monster I seem to run into.

Yeah really, what's up with the lag??? It's not like it's a 1200 baud modem or anything. I was doing a constant ping -t to a host, and didn't see any lag spikes, so must be the OOII host?
