MedPack usage

I wish using a MedPack would use the doses from the MedPack with the least amount of doses first, instead of using them in order of inventory.  

If I pick up a full MedPack and I have one with one dose left, I will end up keeping the one dose pack for 9 doses depending on where it is in my inventory.
