this makes me think there is an easy way to make custom maps for OOII.  Is there?

There used to be  if I recall right. I think it was part of the  editoo program you got with the older registered version of OOII.

Yes there is.  In fact I think I have a version of OOEDIT that works on Windows natively.

(Sorry about losing all of this Windows stuff.  My latop broke right before I was going to release all of this.  The data was totally fine, but I don't have system that's setup to compile pascal code anymore!  Just one of those things I need to find the time to do!)
